  • Power Stone, replaced by Static Discharge which deals Lightning damage and makes the missiles explode into electric bolts.

  • Now makes immune to Crowd Control.
• Black Hole
  • Damage increased by about 95%.
• Blizzard
  • Damage increased by about 33%.
  • Grasping Chill, replaced by Lightning Strom which deals Lightnign damage and increases Lightning damage taken by all targets.
  • Stark Winter, replaced by Apocalypse which deals Fire damage and increases radius.

  • Now deals increasing damage the longer you channel, reaching its maximum after 2 seconds.
  • Initial damage is about 25% lower, maximum damage is about 75% higher.
• Enegery Twister
  • Damage increased by about 50%.
  • Twisters now start at the mouse location.
• Explosive Blast
  • Damage increased by about 55%.
  • Time Bomb, replaced by Flash which deals Lightning damage and reduces cooldown to 3 seconds.
• Familiar
  • Damage increased by about 35%.
• Hydra
  • Damage increased by about 195%.
• Magic Missile
  • Damage increased by about 35%.
  • Conflagrate, redesigned to only stack 3 times.
• Meteor
  • Damage increased by about 50%.
  • Comet, redesigned to freeze chilled enemies and leave an icy mist.
  • Lightning Bind, replaced by Thunder Crash which removes the delay.
  • Star Pact, redeisgnd to use all remaining Arcane Power and deal damage depending on the amount used.

  • Now deals increasing damage the longer you channel, reaching its maximum after 2 seconds.
  • Initial damage is about 15% lower, maximum damage is about 145% higher.
• Wave of Force
  • Static Pulse, redesigned to restore 1 Arcane Power per enemy hit.
